NOODLE-MASALA

Noodles are all time children’s favourite item. It is popular among house
wife, bachelors due to its effort less cooking method, hunger satisfying and nutrient
item.Nani’s Natural Noodle Masala is prepared in such method that all spices stands
out in taste and it retains it’s nutrient value.

  • RAW MANGO POWDER
  •  DRY GINGER
  •  PEPPER
  •  TURMARIC
  •  CAYENNE PEPPER
  •  ROCK SALT
  •  ONION POWDER
  •  GARLIC POWDER
  • CLOVE
  •  CINNAMON
  •  NAG KESAR
  •  WHITE SESME
  •  SUGAR
  •  SALT

It can be one meal item. One can make hakka noodles as well.

NOODLE MASALA

( For 1 Person)

Method:

1 ½ cup boiling water – add 50 gm Noodles, 1 Tbs. Nani’s Natural Noodle Masala. Add 1 Tsp salt, ¼ cup parboiled mix vegetables (Carrot, French beans, Mutter etc). Cook this for 5 minutes, add some more water if required.
